Carflow manage car parks throughout the UK, providing parking control for a wide range of clients from large scale retail parks to small private sites.

We specialise in Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) camera systems. We believe ANPR systems to be the most efficient way of managing car parks as they reduce congestion at entries and exits, provide accurate and transparent enforcement and give the most useful data sets for landowners.

Our aim is to be the most ethical operator in the market whilst enhancing parking compliance, optimising space utilisation & maximising revenue.

We offer a range of statistics related to parking events, tariff payments and vehicle profiles, allowing our clients to optimise how their car park operates and get to know their customers better.

Event Data

Event data includes hourly, daily and monthly visits, average stay times, frequency of visits and popular visit times, etc.

Tariff Data

Tariff data includes tariff income by hour, day and month, tariff revenue by source, average transaction value, etc.

Vehicle Data

Vehicle data includes make, fuel type, age, engine capacity, CO2 emissions, tax / MOT status, etc.

We put our cases through rigorous manual processes to ensure that Parking Charge Notices are not issued in error. Our appeals process aims to give the motorist the benefit of the doubt to ensure there is no friction between our clients and their customers.

SUSTAINABILITY

Carflow have pioneered a sustainable carbon-neutral off-grid parking enforcement solution that enables us to power our car parks from a combination of solar power, wind power and sustainable biofuel cells. This allows us to carry out our operations in an environmentally responsible way by reducing carbon emissions. It also enables us to operate in areas where mains power is not readily available.
